Half-Day or Full-Day Onsite Coaching
For corporate projects, coaches are generally billed at $125/hour. For presentations, facilitating or training, the rate is $500/half-day or $950/day, plus expenses.
Coaching On-Call
B•Better offers "Coaching On-Call", an opportunity for employees to work with a coach on an ad hoc, weekly or monthly basis. Rates: $125/hr.
Virtual Coaching
Is email your preference? On-line coaching is available. Rates: $125/month (maximum 10 emails a month).
Individual Rates
Coaching fees vary, depending on whether the client is corporate, non-profit, or individual funded. Rates are negotiable and sliding scale fees are available. Typically, coaching fees are:
